Daylight Saving Time Ending
Just a reminder that Daylight Saving Time will end on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Your SkyScan Atomic Clock should reset itself automatically. However, occasionally clocks will not pick up the radio signal that allows it to reset. In this case, place your clock in, or near a window that faces Colorado (this is where the signal is transmitted from). Leave the clock in this position overnight, and it should then pick up the signal. Once corrected, you can move it back to its normal location.
Still Having Issues?
If the procedure described above does not allow your clock to reset, please open a support ticket on our support desk. Keep in mind that this is one of our busiest times of the year, and it may take longer than usual for us to reply to your support ticket.
